Ingredients
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup mango pieces, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup pineapple pieces, fresh, canned, or frozen
1/4 cup coconut water
Directions
Add the vanilla yogurt, mango pieces, pineapple pieces, and coconut water to a blender.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform, about 1-2 minutes.
Pour the blended mixture evenly into 8 compartments of an ice cube tray, or into 4 small paper cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
Insert a paper straw or popsicle stick into the center of each pop, ensuring it stands upright and is stable.
Place the tray or cups in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until completely solid.
Run warm water briefly over the bottom of the tray or peel away the paper cups to release the pops. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Comments
All four ingredients are stocked year-round at every Charlotte chain—yogurt, mango, pineapple, and coconut water are supermarket staples. The 360-minute time is honest and includes 5–6 hours of freezing; actual hands-on work is about 10 minutes. Cost per serving runs $1.50–$2.00, driven by fresh tropical fruit, which is cheap and widely available in winter. These freeze solid and hold for weeks, making them perfect for meal prep and grab-and-go breakfasts or snacks for families with kids.
