Ingredients
6 fluid ounces frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
Directions
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water.
In a medium bowl, combine the thawed orange juice concentrate and vanilla yogurt.
Stir the mixture until completely smooth and well blended.
Arrange the 3-ounce paper cups close together on a baking sheet.
Carefully pour the yogurt and juice mixture evenly into each paper cup, filling them to the top.
Cover the entire baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Using a knife or stick, cut a small slit in the foil directly above the center of each cup.
Insert a wooden stick through each slit into the yogurt mixture, pushing it down about halfway. The foil will hold the sticks upright as the mixture freezes.
Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until the popsicles are completely firm.
Once frozen solid, run warm water on the outside of each paper cup for a few seconds to loosen the popsicle from the cup, then gently pull it out by the stick.
Store any leftover popsicles in a sealed freezer-safe container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
