Ingredients
2 cups diced seedless watermelon
2 fresh peaches, peeled and diced
2 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
1 small red onion, finely diced
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
pinch Pinch of black pepper
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced watermelon, diced peaches, diced jalapeños, and diced red onion.
Sprinkle the kosher salt and black pepper evenly over the fruit mixture.
Gently fold all ingredients together until well combined, being careful not to crush the delicate fruit.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to fully develop and meld together.
Give the salsa a final gentle stir before serving. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or alongside grilled proteins.
