Ingredients

1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

1 fluid ounce frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 1/2 teaspoons packed brown sugar

2 red apples, cored and sliced

1 pear, cored and sliced

1 peach, pitted and sliced

Directions

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing the dip.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the low-fat vanilla yogurt, thawed orange juice concentrate, fresh lime juice, and packed brown sugar.

  3. Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined and the brown sugar is fully dissolved, about 1-2 minutes.

  4. Prepare the fruit: core and slice the red apples, core and slice the pear, and pit and slice the peach.

  5. Arrange the dip in a small bowl and place it in the center of a large serving platter. Surround the dip with the sliced apples, pear, and peach. Serve immediately.
