Hemp seeds are not a standard stock item at most Charlotte chains and will likely require a stop at Harris Teeter's natural foods section or ALDI, adding a real errand to weeknight prep. The other ingredients—coconut water, kale, peaches, pineapple—are widely available year-round at any major grocer, and the cost per serving runs $2.50 to $3.50 depending on peach and pineapple seasonality. The five-minute claim is honest for a blended drink. This is a single-serving smoothie that does not keep well past a few hours, so it suits a quick breakfast but not meal planning or leftovers.
