Ingredients
2 cups seedless grapes, halved or quartered
1/2 cup fresh Anaheim chilies (or canned), diced
1/2 cup green onions (scallions), sliced thin
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder as substitute)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
Directions
Thoroughly wash your hands with soap and warm water before preparing the salsa.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the halved grapes, diced Anaheim chilies, sliced green onions, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro.
Add the vinegar, salt, and hot sauce to the bowl.
Gently stir all ingredients together until well combined.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Before serving, carefully drain away any excess liquid that has accumulated. Transfer the salsa to a serving bowl and enjoy with grilled proteins or tortilla chips.
