Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon honey
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
Salt and pepper to taste
6 (6-8 inch) flour tortillas
9-12 slices Swiss cheese
6 oz deli sliced ham
Cooking spray
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and honey until smooth and well combined. Season the mixture lightly with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked shredded chicken to the sauce and stir gently until all the chicken is evenly coated with the creamy mixture.
Preheat a grill pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for about 10 seconds, just until they are flexible and easier to roll without cracking.
Lay one tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Place 1.5 to 2 slices of Swiss cheese down the center, then add approximately 1 ounce of deli ham on top of the cheese.
Spoon about 1/2 cup of the honey-mustard chicken mixture onto the ham. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from one end to the other, keeping the seam on the bottom.
Place the wrapped tortilla seam-side down onto the heated grill pan. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until light to medium grill marks appear on the bottom and the wrap is heated through.
Carefully flip the wrap over and cook the second side for another 1 to 2 minutes until golden grill marks develop and the cheese is completely melted.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling. Serve the wraps warm immediately.
