Ingredients
3 oz hot brewed coffee
1 tsp granulated sugar
1½ oz Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey
1 tsp heavy cream
Directions
Warm an Irish coffee glass mug or heatproof cup by rinsing it with hot water and setting it aside to retain heat.
Pour 3 oz of hot brewed coffee into the warmed mug.
Stir in 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar until completely dissolved in the hot coffee.
Pour 1.5 oz of Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey into the sweetened coffee and stir gently to combine.
In a small bowl, lightly whip 1 teaspoon of heavy cream until it reaches a soft, pourable consistency but is not fully stiffed.
Slowly pour the lightly whipped cream over the back of a bar spoon held just above the surface of the coffee, allowing it to float gently on top.
