Ingredients

1½ quarts Salad greens

½ pound Grapes, halved and seeded if necessary

⅓ pound Feta cheese, crumbled

2 teaspoons Fresh rosemary, minced

2 tablespoons Olive oil

1 tablespoon Raspberry vinegar

to taste Salt

to taste Black pepper

Directions

  1. Prepare the salad greens by washing and drying them thoroughly, then place in a large bowl.

  2. Halve the grapes, removing any seeds, and add them to the bowl with the greens.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the minced fresh rosemary with the olive oil and raspberry vinegar, whisking together until well blended.

  4. Pour the rosemary dressing over the greens and grapes, and toss gently to coat evenly.

  5. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the salad.

  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then toss once more and serve immediately.
