Ingredients

1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and seeds removed

1 cup peaches or nectarines, peeled and chopped

6 ounces pineapple juice, fresh or 100% juice concentrate

1 cup fresh raspberries

2 tablespoons raw honey

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

Directions

  1. Combine the pitted cherries, peeled peaches, pineapple juice, raspberries, honey, and hulled strawberries in a blender.

  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture reaches a completely smooth consistency with no visible fruit chunks.

  3. Pour the blended fruit mixture evenly into seven popsicle molds, filling each mold to just below the rim.

  4. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold, ensuring they stand upright and stable.

  5. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until the popsicles are completely frozen solid and hold their shape when removed from the molds.

  6. Run warm water briefly over the outside of each mold to loosen the popsicles, then gently remove and serve immediately.
