Ingredients
2 teaspoons agave nectar
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ lime
2 teaspoons olive oil
4 salmon fillets (4 ounces each)
¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat your broiler and adjust the oven rack to sit 6 inches below the heat source. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Arrange the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet with the skin side down. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, agave nectar, ground coriander, ground cumin, and salt until well blended.
Using a pastry brush or the back of a spoon, spread the spice and oil mixture evenly across the top of each salmon fillet.
Place the baking sheet under the broiler and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork (internal temperature should reach 145°F). Squeeze fresh lime juice over each fillet immediately after removing from heat.
Transfer salmon to serving plates and serve immediately while warm.
