Ingredients
1 pound broccoli florets, cut into 1 1/2 to 2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
While the air fryer heats, pat the broccoli florets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the extra-virgin olive oil, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper until all pieces are evenly coated.
Arrange the seasoned broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even crisping.
The broccoli is done when the florets are golden brown with crispy edges and the stems are tender when pierced with a fork. Serve immediately.
