Ingredients

2 green tea bags

3 cups water

1½ ounces Cynar liqueur

3 dashes Fee Brothers West Indian Orange Bitters

1 lemon wedge

Directions

  1. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a small pot. Remove from heat and add the 2 green tea bags, allowing them to steep for 3–5 minutes until the tea reaches a medium strength.

  2. Remove the tea bags and pour the brewed green tea into a pitcher or container. Cool the tea to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully chilled.

  3. In a tall glass filled with ice, pour 1½ ounces of Cynar liqueur.

  4. Add 3 dashes of Fee Brothers West Indian Orange Bitters to the Cynar.

  5. Top with 4 ounces (½ cup) of chilled green tea and stir gently to combine.

  6. Garnish with a lemon wedge if desired and serve immediately.
