Ingredients

1 whole pineapple

1/2 cup honeydew melon chunks

1/2 cup cantaloupe chunks

1/3 cup blueberries

1/3 cup red grapes

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

1 tablespoon honey

Mint leaves for garnish, optional

Directions

  1. Wash the whole pineapple thoroughly under cold water and pat dry. Place the pineapple on a cutting board and carefully cut it in half lengthwise, creating two boat-shaped halves. Using a sharp knife and spoon, scoop out the interior fruit, leaving about 1/2 inch of flesh attached to the skin to form the bowl. Reserve the scooped pineapple flesh and any juices that accumulated.

  2. Cut the reserved pineapple flesh into bite-sized chunks to measure 1/2 cup. Place the pineapple chunks in a large bowl along with the honeydew melon chunks, cantaloupe chunks, blueberries, and red grapes.

  3. Drizzle the honey over the combined fruit and toss gently until all the fruit is lightly coated. Add a splash of the reserved pineapple juice if desired for extra moisture and tropical flavor.

  4. Spoon the fruit mixture evenly into the two pineapple shell halves, creating a balanced, visually appealing arrangement.

  5. Garnish the filled pineapple bowls with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately for the freshest, most refreshing presentation.
