Ingredients

1 cup Low-fat plain yogurt

¼ cup Shredded carrots

2 tablespoons Green onions, minced

1 tablespoon Mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Sugar

¼ teaspoon Curry powder

0 dash Black pepper

Directions

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before beginning.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt and mayonnaise, stirring until smooth and well blended.

  3. Add the shredded carrots, minced green onions, sugar, curry powder, and black pepper to the bowl.

  4. Stir all ingredients together until the curry powder is evenly distributed and no streaks remain. The dip should have a golden hue.

  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend and the dip to chill completely.

  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with fresh vegetable sticks such as celery, carrot, and summer squash for dipping.
