Ingredients

16 chicken wing drumettes

2 tablespoons salt-free Cajun seasoning

½ cup ketchup

¼ cup lemon juice

¼ cup honey

1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.

  2. Pat chicken wing drumettes dry with paper towels and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

  3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of salt-free Cajun seasoning evenly over the chicken wings, tossing gently to coat all sides.

  4. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until they begin to brown.

  5. While the wings bake, whisk together ketchup, lemon juice, honey, dry mustard, and the remaining 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning in a small bowl until smooth and well combined.

  6. Remove the partially cooked wings from the oven and brush the glaze evenly over all of them, making sure each piece is well coated.

  7. Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the glaze is caramelized and sticky.

  8. Let the wings rest for 2 minutes before serving to allow the glaze to set.
