Ingredients
1 cup canned pears, drained
1 cup low-fat yogurt
6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Popsicle sticks or straws for serving
Directions
Drain the canned pears and cut them into small, bite-sized pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cut pears, yogurt, and thawed orange juice concentrate. Stir until the mixture is well blended and smooth.
Pour the mixture evenly into an ice cube tray (about 8 cubes total) or into 4 small paper cups.
Insert a popsicle stick or straw into the center of each pop, ensuring it stands upright.
Place the tray or cups in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely solid.
Once frozen, remove the pops from the tray or cups and serve immediately, or store in a freezer bag for up to 2 weeks.
