Ingredients

1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes

1 ripe papaya, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/2-inch cubes

1 tablespoon raw honey

1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Prepare the mango by slicing off the sides along the flat pit, then cut the flesh into 1/2-inch cubes, removing the skin as you work.

  2. Prepare the papaya by cutting it in half lengthwise, scoop out the black seeds with a spoon, then peel away the thin skin and cut the flesh into 1/2-inch cubes.

  3. Place the mango and papaya cubes in a large bowl and gently toss together.

  4. Drizzle the honey over the fruit and sprinkle with the fresh chopped mint.

  5. Gently fold everything together until the honey is evenly distributed and the mint is incorporated throughout the salad.

  6. Serve immediately, or chill until ready to enjoy.
