Ingredients
1 package (16 oz) Cookies 'n' Creme refrigerated cookie dough
2 full-size Hershey's milk chocolate bars, chopped
1 cup mini marshmallows
8 Oreo cookies, broken into pieces
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking pan. Press the Cookies 'n' Creme cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan, flattening it to create an even base.
Bake the dough layer for 18 minutes. The dough will appear slightly underbaked, but this is intentional—do not extend the baking time.
Remove the pan from the oven. Working quickly, sprinkle the marshmallows, chopped chocolate bar pieces, Oreo cookie chunks, and white chocolate chips evenly over the partially baked dough.
Return to the oven and bake for 2 minutes. Then switch your oven to broil on high and broil for 1 minute, watching carefully so the marshmallows toast but do not burn.
Remove from the oven and carefully press the cookie pieces into the melted chocolate and marshmallow layer, pressing gently so they adhere as the mixture cools.
Allow the bars to cool completely to room temperature before cutting.
Cut into 12 bars using a wet knife, which helps cleanly slice through the marshmallow layer. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Comments
This no-bake assembly is honest about its 30 minutes—no hidden prep—and all five ingredients are standard stock at any Charlotte grocery chain, so no special trips required. Cost per serving lands around $1.25–$1.50, driven by the Oreos and white chocolate chips, which is reasonable for a dessert bar. The real win is that it's foolproof for weeknight cooks or kids helping in the kitchen, though the bars are best eaten fresh or within a day since the marshmallow layer doesn't reheat well and the texture degrades overnight. A solid crowd-pleaser for same-day serving at a cookout or potluck, just not a make-ahead dessert.
