Ingredients
10 whole Chicken wings
2 tablespoons Olive oil
4 teaspoons Lemon pepper seasoning
4 teaspoons Salt
3 Fresh lemons
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, which helps them crisp up during baking.
In a small bowl, combine the lemon pepper seasoning and salt. Mix well to distribute the seasonings evenly.
Place the dried chicken wings in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, tossing gently to coat all sides.
Sprinkle the lemon pepper and salt mixture over the oiled wings, tossing well to ensure even seasoning on all pieces.
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until the wings are golden brown and crispy on the outside. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C) when measured with a meat thermometer.
While the wings bake, juice the fresh lemons to yield about ½ cup of juice.
Remove the wings from the oven and immediately drizzle with the fresh lemon juice, tossing to coat evenly.
Serve hot and enjoy immediately for the crispiest results.
