½ cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon instant coffee

½ teaspoon cocoa powder

¾ cup Irish whiskey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

14 ounces One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

½ cup heavy cream (reserved for whisking)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the instant coffee and cocoa powder until combined and free of lumps.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, vanilla extract, and the coffee-cocoa mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

  3. In a separate bowl, whip the remaining ½ cup of heavy cream to stiff peaks using an electric mixer or whisk.

  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the whiskey mixture in two additions, being careful to maintain the fluffy texture.

  5. Transfer the Irish cream to a clean glass bottle or jar. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 5 minutes before serving. Store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
