Ingredients
1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
2 Large eggs
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the butter, allowing it to melt completely and coat the pan evenly.
Once the butter is foaming and the pan is hot, carefully crack both eggs directly into the skillet, keeping the yolks intact.
Cook undisturbed for 2 to 3 minutes until the egg whites are opaque and set, while the yolks remain bright yellow and runny in the center.
Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, then transfer to a serving plate and enjoy immediately.
