Ingredients
3 tablespoons Robusta coffee grounds (such as Trung Nguyen Premium Blend)
½ cup Freshly boiled filtered water or bottled water
2 tablespoons Sweetened condensed milk
1 cup Ice cubes
Directions
Divide the sweetened condensed milk evenly between two serving glasses, using 1 tablespoon per glass.
Fill each glass with ice cubes, distributing them equally so each serving has approximately 1/2 cup of ice.
Place the coffee grounds in a Vietnamese coffee filter (phin) or pour-over dripper and position it over one of the glasses with sweetened condensed milk and ice.
Pour approximately 1/4 cup of freshly boiled water slowly over the coffee grounds to wet them, then pause for 30 seconds to allow the grounds to bloom.
Continue pouring the remaining 1/4 cup of hot water slowly over the grounds, allowing the brewed coffee to drip steadily into the glass below.
Once all the coffee has finished dripping (approximately 4–5 minutes), stir the coffee and sweetened condensed milk together well.
Repeat the brewing process with the remaining coffee grounds and 1/2 cup of hot water for the second serving.
Serve immediately and enjoy while cold and refreshing.
