Ingredients
Ice
1 1/3 ounces Irish whiskey, preferably Jameson
1/3 ounce dark rum
2 1/2 teaspoons Calvados
1/3 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/4 ounce cane syrup or Rich Simple Syrup
1/2 teaspoon honey mixed with 1/2 teaspoon water
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger juice
Dash of Angostura bitters
1 thin apple slice for garnish
Directions
Fill a cocktail mixing glass with ice and add the Irish whiskey, dark rum, and Calvados.
Pour in the fresh lemon juice and cane syrup, then add the honey-water mixture.
Add the fresh ginger juice and a dash of Angostura bitters to the glass.
Stir all ingredients together for 10-15 seconds until well combined and chilled.
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a thin apple slice placed on the rim or floating in the drink.
