Ingredients
8 ounces low-fat fruit-flavored yogurt
2 1/2 cups thawed frozen strawberries, sliced
14 wooden popsicle sticks
Directions
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before beginning.
In a mixing bowl, combine the fruit-flavored yogurt and thawed sliced strawberries, stirring until well mixed.
Divide the yogurt-fruit mixture evenly among 14 small 3-ounce paper cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
Place the filled cups in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until the mixture begins to thicken and partially freeze.
Insert a wooden popsicle stick into the center of each cup, pushing it down gently until it stands upright.
Return the cups to the freezer and freeze overnight (at least 8 hours) until the pops are completely firm and frozen solid.
To serve, gently peel away and discard the paper cup from each frozen pop, then enjoy immediately.
