Ingredients

Nonstick cooking spray

2 pounds Chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats

2 teaspoons Kosher salt

Directions

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture, which helps them crisp up better during cooking.

  2. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.

  3. Arrange the drumettes and flats in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.

  4. Sprinkle the kosher salt evenly over the chicken wings.

  5. Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 22–25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.

  6. Check that the internal temperature has reached 165°F (74°C) before removing from the air fryer.

  7. Let the wings rest for 2–3 minutes, then serve immediately while they are still hot and crispy.
