Ingredients
2 tablespoons condensed milk
3 tablespoons Vietnamese dark roast coffee (finely ground)
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup crushed ice
Directions
Pour the condensed milk into the bottom of a tall glass or coffee cup.
Place the ground Vietnamese coffee into a coffee filter or drip maker and position it over the glass containing the condensed milk.
Slowly pour the boiling water over the coffee grounds in the filter, allowing the hot coffee to drip into the condensed milk below. This should take 3 to 5 minutes for the coffee to fully extract.
Once all the water has dripped through and the coffee is brewed, stir the coffee and condensed milk together until well combined and the mixture is smooth.
Fill the glass with crushed ice.
Pour the coffee mixture over the ice and stir well. Serve immediately while cold.
