Ingredients

1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

1/2 tablespoon agave nectar

1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

dash of salt

2 medium peaches, pitted and halved

1/4 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt

1 juice of 1 lime

1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, agave nectar, ground cardamom, and salt until well combined.

  2. Place the peach halves in the bowl and gently toss to coat all sides evenly with the butter-agave mixture.

  3. Let the peaches stand at room temperature for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Once hot, arrange the peach halves cut-side down on the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden grill marks form and the fruit begins to caramelize.

  5. Flip the peaches and grill for another 2–3 minutes on the skin side until heated through and tender.

  6. While the peaches grill, prepare the cream: in a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lime juice, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the blueberries.

  7. Transfer the grilled peaches to a serving plate and serve warm alongside a generous dollop of the agave-lime yogurt cream.

This is a genuine fifteen minutes start to finish—no hidden prep—and uses only pantry staples and produce available year-round at any Charlotte grocer. A single ripe peach, Greek yogurt, lime, and butter are cheap enough that the cost per serving lands under $2, and cardamom and vanilla likely sit in your cabinet already. The only catch is timing: grilling peaches demands attention and comes out best the same night, so it's not a leftover play. For a solo weeknight dessert or quick summer entertaining course, the minimal fuss and real-world timeline make it a solid reach.
