Ingredients
1 pound Mussels
1 pound Clams
½ pound Medium shrimp
1 cup Butter
2 tablespoons Fish seasoning blend
2 tablespoons Creole seasoning
2 tablespoons Minced garlic
Salt for soaking
Directions
Rinse the mussels and clams under cold running water, removing any visible debris. Place the mussels in a bowl of saltwater and refrigerate for 1 hour, then do the same with the clams in a separate bowl for 1 hour. This allows the shellfish to purge sand and grit. After soaking, rinse each thoroughly under cold water and drain completely.
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the butter, fish seasoning, Creole seasoning, and minced garlic. Mix until well blended.
Spread the drained mussels, clams, and shrimp evenly on a large baking sheet. Distribute the seasoned butter mixture over the shellfish and stir gently to coat everything evenly.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 12 to 15 minutes. The clams and mussels will open as they cook; the shrimp will turn pink and curl up when fully cooked.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Discard any clams or mussels that have not opened during cooking.
If any shrimp are still translucent or not fully pink and curled, return the baking sheet to the oven for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until they are completely cooked through. Serve hot.
