Ingredients

1½ cups Mocha iced coffee beverage

1 cup Granulated sugar

3 cups Heavy cream

Espresso or strong brewed coffee, for serving

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mocha iced coffee, granulated sugar, and heavy cream. Beat the mixture on medium-low speed for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until all the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is uniform.

  2. Pour the prepared mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions (typically 20–30 minutes) until the texture becomes thick and creamy with a soft-serve consistency.

  3. Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight freezer-safe container and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until it is completely hardened and scoopable.

  4. When ready to serve, place a small scoop of the coffee ice cream into a chilled glass or small bowl.

  5. Brew fresh espresso or strong coffee and immediately pour the hot liquid over the ice cream scoop. Serve right away and enjoy as the ice cream melts into the hot coffee.
