Ingredients

½ cup unpopped popcorn

10 ounces dark chocolate

2 cups mini marshmallows

2 cups mini peanut butter cups

2 cups graham cereal

½ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Pop the popcorn according to the package directions and transfer to a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add the mini marshmallows, peanut butter cups, graham cereal, and salt to the bowl with the popped popcorn. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.

  3. Melt the dark chocolate according to the package directions, being careful not to burn it.

  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn mixture and toss continuously until all ingredients are evenly coated with chocolate.

  5. Spread the chocolate-coated popcorn mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens. If the chocolate is still soft, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for an additional 5-10 minutes until completely hardened.

  7. Break the hardened popcorn mixture into bite-sized pieces and serve. Store any leftovers in an airtight container or zip-top bag for up to 3 days.

Every ingredient is a supermarket staple at Charlotte chains—popcorn, dark chocolate, marshmallows, Reese's cups, and graham cereal (like Honey Nut Cheerios or actual graham squares) cost under $15 total for eight servings, coming to roughly $1.75 per serving. The stated 20 minutes is honest if you're using microwave popcorn and melting chocolate over hot water rather than a double boiler, though it skips to the "assume popcorn is already made" stage in some recipes. This is a crowd-pleasing no-bake snack that works for parties or movie night and leftovers keep well in an airtight container for a few days, but it's also candy-forward enough that it's more treat than meal and the butter and sugar weight makes it less practical for regular weeknight rotation.
