Ingredients
1 pound thin white fish fillets, defrosted
1 cauliflower, washed and trimmed into florets
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning, divided
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 2-3 minutes while you prepare the ingredients.
Pat the snapper fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, remaining 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry the cauliflower at 400°F for 4 minutes, then carefully shake the basket to ensure even cooking.
Place the snapper fillets on top of or beside the cauliflower, then dot the fish with small pieces of unsalted butter.
Continue air frying for 6-8 minutes until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 145°F at its thickest point and flakes easily with a fork. The cauliflower should be tender and lightly golden.
Carefully remove the basket from the air fryer and transfer the snapper and cauliflower to serving plates. Serve immediately while hot.
