Ingredients
¼ cup (about 25 leaves) Fresh mint leaves, loosely packed and stems removed
¾ cup Fresh orange juice
2 drops Rosewater
¾ cup Seltzer water
Directions
Gently bruise the mint leaves by slapping them lightly between your palms or rubbing them together to release their essential oils and aroma.
Pour the fresh orange juice into a pitcher or drinking glass.
Add the rosewater drops to the orange juice and stir gently to combine.
Add the bruised mint leaves to the juice mixture and stir to distribute the mint flavor throughout.
Pour the mixture evenly into two glasses, dividing the mint leaves between them.
Top each glass with seltzer water just before serving, stirring gently to combine all ingredients.
