Ingredients
2 bags roasted or raw peanuts (12 oz each)
16 oz Pickle juice
48 oz Water
1 tablespoon Sea salt
1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
1 tablespoon Chilli flakes
Directions
Pour the peanuts into your slow cooker, spreading them in an even layer on the bottom.
Add the pickle juice, water, sea salt, Creole seasoning, and chilli flakes directly over the peanuts.
Stir gently to distribute the seasonings throughout the peanuts and liquid.
Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set to the low setting.
Cook for 8 hours undisturbed. The peanuts will gradually absorb the liquid and become tender and fully flavored.
When the cooking time is complete, carefully transfer the warm peanuts and any remaining liquid to a serving bowl.
Serve immediately while warm, allowing guests to enjoy them as-is or with additional liquid spooned over each handful.
