Ingredients

1 pound crab claw meat

10 ounces Philadelphia 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper

1/4 cup sliced green onions

2 pinches salt

20 wonton wrappers

1 egg white for sealing

Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, softened cream cheese, diced yellow bell pepper, sliced green onions, and salt. Stir until the filling is well blended and uniform.

  2. Lay a wonton wrapper on a clean, dry work surface. Place approximately 1 tablespoon of the crab filling in the center of the wrapper.

  3. Lightly brush the egg white around all four edges of the wonton wrapper using a small brush or your fingertip. Fold the wrapper diagonally in half to form a triangle, then press firmly along the edges to seal, ensuring no filling escapes.

  4. Place the sealed wonton on a lightly greased baking sheet. Repeat steps 2-4 with the remaining wonton wrappers and filling. Lightly spray the top surface of each wonton with cooking spray.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the wontons are light golden brown and the edges are crispy. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
