Ingredients

6 large fresh strawberries

1 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt

4 paper straws or popsicle sticks

Directions

  1. Rinse the strawberries under cool water and pat dry. Cut each strawberry into smaller pieces to help them blend easily with the yogurt.

  2. Place the cut strawberries and the low-fat strawberry yogurt into a blender. Blend on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined, with no large strawberry pieces remaining.

  3. Divide the strawberry-yogurt mixture evenly among four small paper cups. Gently insert a paper straw or popsicle stick into the center of each cup, positioning it so it stands upright.

  4. Place the filled cups on a flat surface in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until completely solid.

  5. Once frozen, carefully peel away the paper cup from each pop and enjoy immediately. If the pops are difficult to remove, run the outside of the cup under warm water for a few seconds.
