Ingredients

3 cup Canned tuna in water, drained

4 cup White rice

2 Yellow onions, diced

1 cup Fresh dill, chopped

0.05 liter Olive oil

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add the rice and stir occasionally. Cook for approximately 18-20 minutes until the rice is tender and cooked through.

  2. While the rice cooks, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onions and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they become softened and lightly golden.

  3. Add the drained tuna to the skillet with the onions. Stir gently and cook for 3-4 minutes to warm the tuna through.

  4. Stir in the fresh chopped dill and mix well, cooking for about 1 minute until the dill is fragrant.

  5. Drain the cooked rice and transfer it to a serving bowl. Pour the tuna and onion mixture over the rice and fold gently to combine.

  6. Serve warm, dividing equally among four plates.
