Ingredients

1 cup raw almonds

1 cup raisins

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Thoroughly wash your hands with soap and warm water before beginning to prepare the recipe.

  2. Rinse the almonds and raisins under cool running water, then pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.

  3. Place the dried almonds, raisins, and cinnamon into a food processor. Process on medium speed, stopping occasionally to stir the mixture, until the ingredients are finely chopped and begin to clump together naturally.

  4. Once the mixture is well combined and tacky in texture, scoop portions with your hands or a small spoon and form into balls or bar shapes. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one week.
