Ingredients

1½ pound Ground beef

½ cup Plain bread crumbs

⅓ cup Celery, chopped

⅓ cup Onion, finely chopped

1 Egg, lightly beaten

2 tablespoon Cajun hot sauce

1 teaspoon Garlic powder

½ teaspoon Creole seasoning

½ cup Buffalo sauce

2 teaspoon Cornstarch

2 tablespoon Butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped celery, finely chopped onion, lightly beaten egg, 2 tablespoons of cajun hot sauce, garlic powder, and creole seasoning. Mix all ingredients together until evenly combined.

  3. Form the mixture into meatballs approximately 2 inches in diameter.

  4. Arrange the meatballs in a single layer on a foil-lined 15-by-10-by-1-inch baking pan.

  5. Bake the meatballs for 10 minutes or until they are lightly browned. Drain any excess fat if necessary.

  6. Apply non-stick cooking spray to the interior of your slow cooker.

  7. Transfer the baked meatballs into the slow cooker.

  8. In a small bowl, whisk together the 1/2 cup buffalo sauce and cornstarch until completely blended.

  9. Stir the melted butter into the sauce mixture.

  10. Pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the meatballs and gently stir to ensure they are evenly coated.

  11. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high heat for 1 1/2 hours, or until the sauce becomes hot and slightly thickened.

  12. Stir the meatballs and sauce together once more.

  13. Switch the slow cooker setting to warm for serving.
