Ingredients
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1 cup seedless red or green grapes, rinsed
2 medium bananas, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 3/4 cups fat-free or low-fat milk
1 package (3.5 ounces) instant lemon or vanilla pudding mix
Directions
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before beginning.
Open the can of pineapple and carefully drain the juice from the chunks into a sink or container, reserving only the fruit.
Transfer the drained pineapple chunks into a large mixing bowl.
Rinse the grapes under cool running water and pat them dry.
Add the rinsed grapes to the bowl with the pineapple.
Peel the bananas and cut them into bite-sized pieces, then add them to the fruit mixture in the bowl.
Pour the milk over all the fruit in the bowl.
While gently stirring the fruit and milk together, gradually sprinkle the instant pudding mix over the mixture, continuing to stir until the pudding is evenly distributed and beginning to thicken.
Allow the salad to stand for 5 minutes to allow the pudding to fully set and the flavors to blend together.
Divide into serving bowls and serve immediately, or refrigerate any leftovers within 2 hours and consume within 1–2 days.
