Ingredients

1 cup Low-fat plain yogurt

4 ounces Low-fat cream cheese, softened

1 cup Cucumber, seeded and chopped

1 Garlic clove, minced

Salt, to taste

Lemon pepper seasoning, to taste

Directions

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and clean running water before preparing the dip.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened low-fat cream cheese and low-fat plain yogurt. Stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and well blended with no lumps.

  3. Rinse the cucumber thoroughly under cool running water to remove any dirt or debris.

  4. Slice the cucumber lengthwise down the middle to create two halves. Using a small spoon, gently scrape out the seeds and discard them.

  5. Chop the seeded cucumber into small, uniform pieces and add to the yogurt and cream cheese mixture.

  6. Add the minced garlic clove to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.

  7. Season the dip with salt and lemon pepper seasoning to your taste preference, stirring well to combine.

  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve with your choice of dippers.
