Ingredients
150 grams Chicken breast, 150 grams
2 tablespoons Olive oil
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary
1 head Small cabbage, roughly chopped
Directions
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Pat the chicken breast dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and rosemary. Rub this mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breast.
Place the seasoned chicken breast on the hot grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on the first side without moving, until grill marks form. Flip and cook for another 6-7 minutes on the second side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) when measured with a meat thermometer in the thickest part.
While the chicken is grilling, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or sauté pan over medium heat.
Add the chopped cabbage to the hot oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir occasionally and cook for about 8-10 minutes, until the cabbage becomes tender and develops light golden edges.
Once the chicken has reached the safe internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), transfer it to a cutting board and let it rest for 2 minutes.
Divide the cooked cabbage between two serving plates. Slice or place the whole chicken breast on top, and serve immediately.
