200 ml Strong coffee, chilled

50 ml Whole milk

1 tbsp Sugar syrup

2 handfuls Ice cubes

Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for topping, optional

Directions

  1. Pour the chilled strong coffee and whole milk into a blender. Add one tablespoon of sugar syrup and the ice cubes.

  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes foamy and the ice breaks down into a smooth slush, about 1–2 minutes.

  3. Pour the frappé into a tall glass. Taste and stir in additional sugar syrup if you prefer it sweeter.

  4. Top with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired, and serve immediately.

A Greek frappé hits all the marks for Charlotte: coffee and milk are staples at every supermarket, ice comes from your freezer, and sugar syrup (or substitutes like honey or simple syrup you make at home) costs pennies. The five minutes is honest—just blend and serve. This is a single-serving drink with zero reheating concerns and no prep surprises, making it ideal for a quick breakfast or afternoon caffeine boost with genuine Charlotte appeal since iced coffee culture is strong here year-round.
