Ingredients
300 ml passion fruit juice
300 ml guava juice
Directions
Pour the passion fruit juice evenly into eight popsicle molds, filling each about halfway. This creates the bottom layer of your lollies.
Place the molds in the freezer for 2-3 hours until the passion fruit layer is almost completely frozen but still slightly soft on the surface.
Remove the molds from the freezer and carefully insert a popsicle stick into the center of each mold, pushing it down into the partially frozen passion fruit layer.
Pour the guava juice into each mold to fill to the top, covering the stick and completing the layered effect.
Return the molds to the freezer and freeze for another 3-4 hours, or until the guava layer is completely solid. The lollies are ready when firmly frozen throughout.
To remove, run warm water over the outside of each mold for a few seconds, then gently pull out the lollies by the stick. Serve immediately or store in a freezer bag.
