Ingredients
1 store-bought frosted brownie
½ cup canned cherries in syrup, drained
1 cup chocolate ice cream
2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate bar, shaved or finely chopped
½ cup whipped cream
Directions
Cut the frosted brownie into 6 equal portions.
Place one brownie piece at the bottom of each shot glass.
Top each brownie with a scoop of chocolate ice cream, pressing gently to nestle it into the glass.
Distribute the drained canned cherries evenly among the six glasses, placing a few cherries on top of the ice cream in each shot glass.
Sprinkle the shaved or finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate over each shot glass.
Top each glass with a dollop of whipped cream and serve immediately.
