Ingredients

½ cup fresh lime juice (from about 8 to 10 small limes)

2 cups milk

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the fresh lime juice, milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and well blended with no lumps.

  2. Pour the lime cream mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a small amount of space at the top.

  3. Insert a popsicle stick into the center of each mold. Cover the molds to prevent ice crystals from forming.

  4. Place in the freezer for at least 8 hours or overnight, until completely frozen solid.

  5. To remove the popsicles, briefly dip the mold in a bowl of warm water for 10 to 15 seconds, then gently push or pull the popsicles out. Serve immediately.
