2 cups full-fat plain Greek yogurt

1 large cucumber, seeded and diced

4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped fresh dill, and olive oil.

  2. Add the diced cucumber to the yogurt mixture and fold gently until well combined.

  3. Season with sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper, then stir in the fresh lemon juice to taste.

  4. Taste the mixture and adjust the lemon juice, salt, or pepper as needed for your preferred flavor balance.
