Creamy, indulgent single-serve peanut butter treats with a crunchy Oreo cookie crust base. Each shooter combines smooth peanut butter filling with cream cheese, condensed milk, and whipped cream for a cloud-like texture. Finished with crushed Oreo crumbles and a hint of sea salt for sweet-salty contrast. Perfect for parties or dessert servings.

Ingredients

5 tablespoons melted butter

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup creamy peanut butter

14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup powdered sugar

¼ cup heavy whipping cream

16 Oreo cookies, crushed

Sea salt for garnish

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and creamy peanut butter. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined, about 2 minutes.

  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture. Continue beating on medium speed until smooth, creamy, and fully incorporated, about 2 minutes.

  3. Blend in the powdered sugar and beat until the mixture thickens slightly, about 1 minute. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until light and fluffy. Refrigerate the filling until ready to assemble.

  4. In a small bowl, stir the melted butter together with the crushed Oreo cookies until well combined. Press about 1 teaspoon of the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of each dessert shooter cup or small glass.

  5. Transfer the peanut butter filling into a piping bag fitted with a plain round tip, or use a plastic sandwich bag with one corner snipped off. Pipe the filling into each shooter cup over the Oreo crust, filling to about ½ inch from the top.

  6. Top each shooter with approximately ½ teaspoon of the remaining crushed Oreo mixture, then sprinkle lightly with sea salt. Refrigerate until serving time.

Every ingredient is a standard stock item at any Charlotte grocer—butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, condensed milk, vanilla, powdered sugar, heavy cream, Oreos, and sea salt all live in the mainstream aisles at Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Publix, or Walmart. The cost per serving is genuinely low, probably 60–80 cents once you divide the butter, cream cheese, and peanut butter across 20 shooters, and a box of Oreos is usually under $3. The stated 10 minutes is honest for assembly if ingredients are room-temperature and ready; no cooking required, just mixing and chilling. The real weakness is that this is a special-occasion dessert that doesn't reheat well—it's meant to be eaten as-is, cold, so you need to consume them the same night or within a day, and they're fussy enough that they're not a casual weeknight dessert for a hungry family.
