Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
6 teaspoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Thoroughly wash your hands with soap and warm water before beginning.
Pour the vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, low-sodium soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, and garlic powder into a clean glass jar or mixing bowl.
Close the jar tightly and shake vigorously for 30 seconds, or whisk all ingredients together in the bowl until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is well combined and emulsified.
Transfer the dressing to a sealed glass jar or bottle and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Store the dressing in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake or whisk again just before serving if separation occurs.
