Ingredients

2 tablespoons caramel sauce, divided

1 tablespoon chocolate syrup, plus more for drizzling

1 cup unsweetened iced coffee

1 cup 2% milk

1 cup ice cubes

1 tablespoon chopped pecans

Whipped cream for topping

Directions

  1. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup and 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce around the inside walls of a tall glass, coating the sides. Place the glass in the freezer for a few minutes to chill.

  2. Add the ice cubes, milk, iced coffee, remaining 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce, and chocolate syrup to a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

  3. Carefully pour the blended mixture into the chilled glass, leaving room at the top for whipped cream and toppings.

  4. Top the drink with a generous dollop of whipped cream. Drizzle additional chocolate syrup and caramel sauce over the whipped cream, then sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.

Every ingredient is a staple at every major Charlotte chain—caramel sauce, chocolate syrup, iced coffee concentrate or cold brew, milk, pecans, and whipped cream are all shelf-stable or in the dairy case everywhere from Walmart to Harris Teeter. The five-minute claim is honest: this is a blender drink, no cooking required. At roughly $2–2.50 per serving (assuming you already have basic pantry staples), it's a cheaper homemade indulgence than a coffee shop run. The only mild caveat is that it's a single-serve affair that doesn't reheat and doesn't bulk easily for a family breakfast, so it's best for one person wanting a quick treat on a weekday morning.
